Skin rejuvenation and scar removal using fractional ablative laser

In the Innovative Dermatology Center we use ablative MedArt® fractional CO2 laser for skin surface rejuvenation, when it is necessary to eliminate skin imperfections, scars, pigmentation, enlarged pores, little and deeper wrinkles. Rejuvenation of skin is available at any part of the body (around the eyes and mouth, face, neck, chest, exterior of the hands, and etc.).

Using MedArt® fractional CO2 laser in the upper layer of the skin (epidermis) and the deeper layer of the skin (dermis), thin columns are formed. The skin is “shot down” in microscopic way, but gaps remain intact. This technique ensures faster healing process and allows avoiding many adverse reactions after the procedure. With the fractional laser at the “shot down” place are formed new cells, the skin heals and becomes firmer, smoother, shining and younger.

What to expect?

During the procedure, patients feel burning or tingle. At the treated place the skin becomes red, noticeably swollen, and after few days starts to scale off and peel. After the procedure the skin needs to be richly hydrated, protected against ultraviolet rays and lubricated with cream against the sun (SPF 50+). During the consultation, you will get detailed information about skin care. In ordinary life people can usually return after a week.
